In 1988, Dr. Daniel J. Larose
joined Miller Orthopaedic Affiliates
in the Omaha/Council Bluffs Metro
area.
Dr. Larose has worked extensively with high school, collegiate, and professional athletic programs. He has dedicated over 75% of his practice to sports medicine and has a top-notch team to assist him. The team meets weekly and discusses current sports medicine topics to mutually update their knowledge in this field.
Whether it be covering a high school game, or helping the athlete return to peak performance, Dr. Larose and the Sports Medicine Team
always have your best interest in mind. They
work together to decide your safest and quickest road back to recovery.
Since 1988, Dr. Larose has performed over 1,500 anterior Cruciate ligament (ACL) surgeries and approximately 6,500 arthroscopic procedures.
Due to his 19 year tenure, Dr. Larose has been able to provide a "continuity of care" to his patients while building a top-notch sports medicine program in southwest Iowa. Dr. Larose clinics include Omaha, Council Bluffs, Denison and Harlan. South Omaha is our newest clinic where Dr. Larose is accepting
new patients.
In 2006, Dr. Thomas M. Atteberry joined Miller Orthopaedic Affiliates. His clinics include Council Bluffs, Red Oak, Clarinda, Corning and Missouri Valley.
Dr. Atteberry will be focusing his attention on sports medicine as well as general Orthopaedic care within the practice.
Dr. Atteberry received his medical degree in 1998 from the University Of Iowa College Of Medicine in Iowa City. He recently completed a fellowship and board certification specializing in sports medicine.
Dr. Abraham joined Miller Orthopaedic in August 2007. He has dual fellowships in both sports medicine and adult joint reconstruction. His experience spans the globe from India to Great Britain to the United States. His clinics include Council Bluffs, Audubon, Denison, Glenwood, Hamburg and Harlan.
